What is FluidTrakTM?
FluidTrakTM is a software suite that helps you track and manage the health of your fluid systems in real time. It replaces paper logs and spreadsheets with faster, more reliable, and easier-to-read data accessible from anywhere.

Is it really free to start?
Yes. The core version of FluidTrakTM is completely free. Premium features are available for teams that want more advanced functionality, but there’s no charge to get started.
Where can I download FluidTrakTM?
FluidTrakTM is available on the public app stores, but registration is required. Once registered, you’ll receive login credentials to login and access the secure web portal.
Can FluidTrakTM be used with non-Master Fluid Solutions® products?
Yes. While it’s built by Master Fluid Solutions®, FluidTrakTM can log and analyze any metalworking fluid. This flexibility ensures it works in mixed-fluid environments today.
Usability & Setup
What does setup involve, and how long does it take?
It depends on your starting point:

If you’re an existing Master Fluid Solutions® customer:
We can usually configure your site quickly using your current service reports (fluids, machines, ranges). Many teams start same day with a light rollout, then expand. Your local Service Engineer or District Sales Manager can assist you with this set up process. -
If you’re new or have mixed fluids:
We’ll help you import machine lists, sump volumes, fluids, and test ranges (we provide a bulk upload template). Most teams start small (mixer + a few machines) within days, then build to full coverage.
Do I need to train my team?
FluidTrakTM includes built-in guidance and visual tools that make training fast and intuitive. Most operators can learn it on the job.
Does it work offline?
Yes. You can log data without a connection, and it will sync automatically when you're back online.
Technology & Security
Where is my data stored?

Do I need special hardware?
